How Our Programs Work
IDENTIFY THE CUSTOMER
Create the perfect assortment for your customer, utilizing buyer expertise, demographics, shopping habits and past sales data as provided.
LAUNCH ASSORTMENT REVIEW
We present you with a “launch mix” to be reviewed and redrafted if necessary, and approved. The mix will contain approximately 80% “unique” titles duplicating only “driver” titles.
EXECUTION
Unique UPC: We will apply a unique UPC over the original UPC. We suggest that we assign 4 to 6 unique UPCs per quarter so that we can track sales by price and format. DC EFFICIENCY: Ship assortment in 100 ct boxes with interior boxes separated out by genre/format assist in the efficiency movement of product through DC to stores.
REVIEW
Via monthly conference calls and quarterly meetings we review sales data, merchandisers feedback and discuss strategy for overall business and improvements.
ADJUST
Adjust assortment formats and titles as indicated by sales review for each refresh.
